This scheme on the former Essex County Hospital site consists of the redevelopment of listed and locally listed buildings, with the remaining buildings demolished and the creation of 120 new homes with a mix of high-quality apartments and family homes.

This is a site in a highly sought-after location on the edge of Colchester City Centre and in a prime residential position.
