Essex Housing is Essex County Council’s award winning in-house developer. Our schemes make best use of publicly-owned land to provide new homes and community buildings, to improve local areas and fund vital public services. We are delivering good quality housing and community facilities across the county and have established a significant development programme working collaboratively with various partners.
