Premier Guarantee Gold Award for Lexden Gardens

We’re pleased to report that Lexden Gardens, Colchester won the Premier Guarantee Gold monthly award in September!

This is awarded to the site team as an ‘Excellence Award’, recognising the quality of site wide workmanship and management.

Every month the warranty provider issues a small number of these awards nationally, as a result of the regular site inspections they carry out, which focus on key criteria including site tidiness, workmanship, health and safety and co-operation.

It is great to see Lexden Gardens gain industry recognition with this award, thanks and congratulations to the Kind & Co site team!
