Show home at Oakview Walk, Harlow is now open!

The show home at Oakview Walk, a new contemporary development being brought forward by Essex Housing, Essex County Council’s development team, is now open for viewings.

This marks a key milestone in the construction of the development, which will deliver 35 modern sustainable two, three and four-bedroom homes, six of which have been allocated for affordable housing.

Thanks to the use of air source heat pumps and solar panels, all homes will have an EPC A rating, which means that they are more economical and stay warm for longer. The modern properties also benefit from contemporary kitchens with integrated appliances, underfloor heating to the ground floor, as well as bi-fold doors to certain plots, with the remainder having double patio doors.

The development also benefits from a woodland walk as well as the retention of three large oak trees to provide a focal central point and enhance the open space for residents to enjoy.
